For online booking cancellation one month before the scheduled pick-up date you will be charged 30% of the total reservation cost, as a penalty. In case the booking is cancelled earlier than 15 days – 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged. No refund is envisaged for the bookings cancelled later than 15 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
You will need a valid driving license, an ID and a credit card (not pre-paid/rechargeable) to be able to cover any damage, theft or fines, if any.
The protection for the vehicle rented includes a third party insurance with the sum insured for personal injury and damage amounting to a maximum of 6 million EUR. NB: This type of insurance does not cover damage to the rented vehicle, though. The client will be responsible for any such damage caused to the vehicle. In case of theft or fire the renter will be charged a compensation of 500 EUR.

We work only with the original Piaggio Vespas because we want to promote Italy with a historical product that has become a symbol of the country. Original Piaggio vehicles are also a guarantee of quality and safety on the road, in addition to the design. The following models are available for rent: a new model Primavera, LX and S. All models are approved for two persons.
Previous experience in driving a scooter or a motorbike is advantageous and highly recommended. If you don’t have any experience it is not the best occasion to get it now.
To rent a vehicle means to drive a motorized vehicle on public roads. By signing the rental agreement you become responsible for your own safety and for the safety of passengers travelling with you.
We are not a driving school and we do not provide any instructions on how to ride a Vespa. Once we explain you how it works, you will be fully responsible for your driving ability.
Yes, we do have the helmets of all sizes, from size S to XL.
Category B driving license is fine.
Even the Category A driving license is fine, but the driver should be of legal age. We don’t rent vehicles to minors even if they have a Category A driving license.
No, there are no km limits.
The driver must be at least 18 years old. We do not rent our vehicles to minors.
No, we don’t have any other scooter models except for the Vespa. Available engine capacities: 125 c. c in models S, LX and the Primavera.
